Prime Time Hockey Policies:

Customer will be charged $50 administration fee for NSF cheques.
For weekly classes, a strict 48 hour cancellation policy in effect in order to maintain credit for class conflicts. Please call to cancel if you cannot attend your class.
For 2012 Summer Camps, cancellation policy is a full refund (minus admin fee) for written notice received prior to April 6th. Cancelltions after April 6th are eligible for a 50% refund, and a 25% credit if written notice of cancellation is submitted up to 28 days prior to camp. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 28 days prior to start of camp, and a 25% credit will only be issued due to injury only if accompanied with a documented medical record sent within 7 days of injury. All customers will be charged a $75 administration fee for cancellations at any time.
